Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days(Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Rates & delivery estimates
- United States: flat $6.95, or free on orders over $80. Estimated 3–7 business days in transit.
- International: calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Estimated 8–20 business days in transit.
All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@cycleco.shopand we'll chase the carrier.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your local thresholds before ordering.
Restricted destinations
We ship to most countries. We cannot ship to destinations subject to applicable U.S. export restrictions or sanctions. If we're unable to fulfil your order, we'll cancel and refund it in full and let you know why.
Undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs may apply.
