Changed your mind? Return unopened gear within 14 days. Here's exactly how it works.
Email us
Contact support@cycleco.shop with your order number and the kit you'd like to return, within 14 days of delivery.
Get your RMA
We'll reply with a return authorisation and the return address. Please don't ship items back without one.
Pack it up
Return items unused, in original packaging, with all parts and inserts included.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the return, we issue your refund to the original payment method.
Return window
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original packaging with all parts, manuals and inserts.
Items we can't accept
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following can only be returned if unused and unopened:
- Body-contact items: saddle covers, gloves, neck gaiters and eyewear.
- Consumables that have been opened: chain lube, patch kits, inner tubes.
- Items returned without original packaging, parts or tags.
- Items damaged through use, fitting or improper installation.
Faulty or incorrectly supplied items are always covered — see below — regardless of these exclusions.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 14 daysof delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping, once we've reviewed a photo or the returned item.
Return shipping costs
- Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping.
- Faulty / wrong item: we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. See our Refund Policy for full detail.
